DESCRIPTION: * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible. * WHERE...A portion of northwest Pennsylvania, including the following areas, Crawford, Northern Erie and Southern Erie. * WHEN...Until 10 PM EDT this evening. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Slow moving thunderstorms this afternoon and evening producing torrential downpours could cause flooding, especially if storms train or persist over the same area. - Please visit www.weather.gov/safety/flood for flood safety and preparedness information.

Fog is technically a type of stratus cloud, which lies along the
ground and obscures visibility.
It is usually created when humidity in the air condenses into tiny water droplets.
Because of this, some places are more prone to foggy weather, such as regions
close to a body of water.
Fog is similar to mist; both are the appearance of water droplets suspended in
the air, but fog is the term applied to the condition when visibility is less than 1 km.

Freezing rain is a condition where precipitation which has fallen in the form of
