DESCRIPTION: * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...A portion of west central Texas, including the following counties, Brown, Coke, Coleman, Concho, Crockett, Irion, Kimble, Mason, McCulloch, Menard, Runnels, San Saba, Schleicher, Sterling, Sutton and Tom Green. * WHEN...Until 7 AM CDT Monday. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A stationary frontal boundary across portions of the northern Edwards Plateau, the Heartland and the northwest Hill Country will provide a focus for showers and thunderstorms to continue to develop through the rest of the afternoon into tonight. Some of these storms will be capable of producing heavy rainfall. Total rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are expected in general with isolated amounts of up to 5 inches. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

Fog is technically a type of stratus cloud, which lies along the
ground and obscures visibility.
It is usually created when humidity in the air condenses into tiny water droplets.
Because of this, some places are more prone to foggy weather, such as regions
close to a body of water.
Fog is similar to mist; both are the appearance of water droplets suspended in
the air, but fog is the term applied to the condition when visibility is less than 1 km.

Freezing rain is a condition where precipitation which has fallen in the form of
